3	R.E.D. saves death row shelter animals brought to our attention by public animal shelter workers or volunteers that have bonded with the animal’s exceptional personality. Our mission saves the hearts of the shelter worker and the lives of the companion animals they have come to love, but are unable to save without assistance. R.E.D. provides foster care, medical care, medical supplies, transport, promotion, adoption, spay and neuter and educational services.

5	"Shelter workers give a last..." Shelter workers give a last embrace. The lives are gone without a trace. Quite simply just for a lack of space.
6	Libby Little Bits was scheduled for euthanasia, until a shelter worker made a call to R.E.D.
7	Emma was ready to give birth at any moment. The situation looked dismal for this mother to be and her unborn babies, until a concerned shelter worker made a call to R.E.D.
8	Mothers await their fate and that of their babies that are too young to survive in a shelter, until a compassionate shelter worker makes a call to R.E.D.
9	The lives of innocent orphaned and abandoned puppies and kittens too young to be adopted out are in peril if home foster care is not available at a public shelter. If safe haven is not found for these new lives, shelters are faced with the heart breaking task of ending new life barely begun, until a shelter worker makes a call to R.E.D. to place them in foster care.
10	"We as a group are..." We as a group are strong. We will work to right this wrong, So, one more can still belong.
11	Time had run out for this beautiful German Shepherd mix named Brandi, until a caring shelter worker called R.E.D.
12	Injuries and illness, that are by accident or cruelty, happen to even the most innocent animal lives. Even in the face of great pain, many animals reach out with love and trust to human kind. Many shelters do not have the funds to help even the sweetest of these lives in need, until a shelter worker calls R.E.D.
13	Tiny Angelina had been starved and abandoned , but her spirit to survive called out to a caring shelter staff that had no way to save her, until they called R.E.D.

15	Faces Who Have Places……… The following are just a glimpse of a few of the faces of thousands of remarkable animals whose lives were saved by the efforts of R.E.D. R.E.D.’s life saving efforts of homeless animals would not be possible without the following people. The dedication of R.E.D. volunteers and staff, who’s commitment to our mission is inspiring. You are all showing the world human kind at its best. The public animal shelter workers that compassionately seek to save the lives that come through their shelter doors and make the lifesaving calls in behalf of the animals that touch their hearts.
